This policy explains what information AngTinda collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, username, phone number and business details when you sign up or are added by your business owner.
- Business records you enter — products, sales, customers and their balances, GCash and e-load entries, expenses, bills, employees, attendance and payroll.
- Security and usage data — sign-in times, IP addresses, browser information and an audit log of important actions, used to keep accounts secure.
- Inquiries — the details you submit through our contact or custom-app forms.
2. How we use it
- To provide the service: run your dashboard, reports and the features you use.
- To keep accounts secure, prevent abuse and investigate problems.
- To reply to your inquiries and send service messages such as password resets.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business records for advertising.
3. Your business data belongs to you
The records you enter belong to your business. Each business’s data is kept separate, and only users you authorize can see it. You can export your reports to Excel or CSV at any time.
4. Your customers’ and employees’ data
When you record customers (for example, for utang) or employees, you are responsible for collecting that information lawfully and for using it only for your store’s operations.
5. Security
Passwords are stored using one-way hashing, access is limited by role, sessions expire after inactivity, and important actions are written to an audit log. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.
6. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your business data within a reasonable period unless we are required by law to keep it.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to processing, as provided by the Data Privacy Act. Contact us using the details below.
