By creating an account or using AngTinda, you agree to these terms. If you use AngTinda on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept them for that business.
1. The service
AngTinda is a back-office tool for recording and reviewing your store’s sales, inventory, credit, e-wallet, expense and payroll activity. It is not a BIR-accredited POS and does not issue official receipts or invoices.
2. Your responsibilities
- Keep your login details secure and make sure the people you add only get the access they need.
- Enter accurate information and review your records regularly.
- Comply with tax, BIR, labor and data-privacy laws that apply to your business.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or try to access other businesses’ data.
3. Plans, trials and payment
Some features require a paid plan. Free trials last for the period shown at sign-up. Paid plans are billed for the period shown on the Pricing page and are non-refundable once the billing period has started, unless required by law.
4. Your data
You keep ownership of the data you enter. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. We recommend exporting important reports regularly.
5. Availability
We work to keep AngTinda available and secure, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or improve features over time.
6. Limitation of liability
AngTinda is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits arising from use of the service. Business decisions made from its reports remain your responsibility.
7. Termination
You may stop using AngTinda at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will let you know through the app or by email before they take effect.
